He is a seasoned leadership coach, facilitator, and trusted growth advisor with over two decades of experience helping leaders and teams thrive.
Howard began his career as a labor and employment attorney, guiding leaders through complex employee issues and fostering cultures of trust. He is the creator of the Confident Leading™ leadership accelerator and co-author of Running the Gauntlet: Proven Strategies for High Growth Leaders. A member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Howard is known for his strategic insights, strengths-based approach, and ability to help leaders navigate growth transitions with confidence and clarity.
