Soundings welcomes Kerry Lambert as Chief Operating Officer!

Meet Kerry!

As Chief Operating Officer for Soundings, Kerry oversees and optimizes all aspects of business operations, including: Information Technology, Business Technology, Culture and Talent, and Human Resources. Prior to joining Soundings, Kerry held influential positions at leading technology and events management companies, including Cvent and Freeman, where she scaled and led global teams of over 100 people, driving revenue growth to over $100M. Her background includes managing and leading Customer Success, Operations, Development, Customer Support and Development teams. 

Kerry holds a Bachelor of Arts from Randolph Macon College and a Master of Tourism Administration from George Washington University. After a decade working as a meeting professional, Kerry earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2008 and has been an active member of ASAE, GBTA and MPI where she recently served on the International Board of Directors.

When Kerry isn’t working, you may find her participating in crazy endurance events (like Everesting!), traveling with her husband or spending time with her two beloved and spoiled dogs.
