Meet Tori O’Sullivan, Customer Success Manager, Talent Operations, at Soundings
Soundings is excited to welcome Tori O’Sullivan as the newest member of our Talent Operations team. As Customer Success Manager, Tori’s relationship-focused role will help ensure talent placements deliver the highest impact for our clients.
Tori is an experienced hospitality and events professional with more than a decade in the industry. Over the years, she has held a variety of roles including Business Operations Manager and Events Manager, gaining a well-rounded understanding of both front-facing execution and behind-the-scenes operations. She also brings experience in virtual events and streaming, helping teams adapt programming and processes to meet evolving audience needs.
Recognized as one of BizBash’s Fresh Faces in the events industry, Tori is known for her ability to bring structure, efficiency, and thoughtful systems to fast-paced organizations. She has a strong passion for improving internal operations, leveraging technology to streamline workflows, and building scalable processes that empower teams to do their best work. Her approach blends analytical problem-solving with a people-first mindset, making her a trusted collaborator across functions.
Outside of work, Tori is a mother to a one-year-old daughter and enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and church community. Most weekends are centered around connection – whether that’s doing life with loved ones, attending or volunteering at church events, or gathering for a game night.
