Chief of Staff - Soundings
Nikki is the Chief of Staff at Soundings, an innovative talent platform connecting event and marketing professionals with companies in search of the most relevant talent for their organization, either freelance or full-time, in the event, hospitality, and non-profit industries.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism from San Diego State University, Nikki held several positions at Hilton in hotel operations, event strategy, and human resources. She has been with Soundings for the last four and a half years and works closely with the Soundings leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and align the company’s key stakeholders. She leads all Soundings Thrive community initiatives, including the young professional programs and partnerships.
Nikki is passionate about helping the next generation of event leaders bridge the gap between education and the workforce. Helping early event pros find their place in the event industry is something she has been able to do through her time at Soundings and is excited to have the chance to do the same for PCMA Convening Leaders attendees!
