Can you tell more about the coaches involved with the program?
We have assembled a team of highly experienced, certified professional coaches, who are members of the esteemed International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard for coaching ethics, training, and professionalism. Our coaches don’t just bring credentials; they have extensive real world coaching experience helping clients reach their goals. Our coaches specialize in guiding clients through critical career and leadership transitions, empowering you to uncover and leverage your strengths, bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, and gain clarity and confidence in your path forward. What does it mean to be a member of Thrive?
Soundings Thrive is our network of 2700+ event, hospitality, travel, and non-profit freelance professionals who are growing their independent careers. What is the ThriveUp program?

Why do I need to purchase the Assessment with the coaching package?
This personalized 90-minute session utilizes insights from your Top 5 CliftonStrengths Assessment, empowering you to harness your individual strengths for career advancement and fulfillment. The information provides your coach (and you!) with insights about your unique strengths and how you can leverage them for career advancement. Taking the assessment and having the preliminary session with the coach is important to understand the topics that will be covered during coaching.
What if I didn’t feel successful with the coach assigned to me?
We have full confidence in our coaches. If you are not completely satisfied with your coaching experience, we are happy to provide a full refund or rematch you with a new coach for a free redo.
