Tracy Judge’s curiosity to experience and learn a breadth of roles in the meetings and events industry has given her a holistic view of the business. Tracy began her career with Maritz Global Events holding positions in on-site operations, meeting planning, sourcing, and proposal development. Before founding Soundings Connect, Tracy was the Senior Director of Meetings & Incentives for Cadence Travel overseeing sales and operations and driving the strategic direction for the division.

Born in Philadelphia and based in San Diego, Tracy is an avid traveler who enjoys meeting new people, learning new cultures, and forming friendships worldwide.
