Responsibilities:
As the Housing Coordinator you will:
Coordinate event housing functions for attendees, exhibitors, vendors, speakers, and staff.
Collaborate with event teams to determine venue and housing requirements.
Manage housing blocks and hotel room allocations with third-party suppliers.
Analyze room block performance and commission production data.
Facilitate communication between hotels, vendors, and internal teams.
Respond to customer service inquiries regarding housing via shared inbox.
Review and track housing agreements for contractual compliance.
Create and maintain historical tracking spreadsheets for future contract negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong relationship-building and customer needs assessment skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in project management with strong time management abilities.
Proficiency with new technologies and adaptability to new processes.
