Housing Coordinator

Contract position to support the logistics of housing management across a portfolio of large-scale events. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between event teams, third-party housing vendors, and hotel partners to ensure smooth coordination of room blocks, reporting, and attendee support. Engagement Details 

Project Dates: September 22, 2025 - March 27, 2026

Project Hours: 30 Hours Per Week

Location: Remote  

Responsibilities:  

As the Housing Coordinator you will:

  • Coordinate event housing functions for attendees, exhibitors, vendors, speakers, and staff.

  • Collaborate with event teams to determine venue and housing requirements.

  • Manage housing blocks and hotel room allocations with third-party suppliers.

  • Analyze room block performance and commission production data.

  • Facilitate communication between hotels, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Respond to customer service inquiries regarding housing via shared inbox.

  • Review and track housing agreements for contractual compliance.

  • Create and maintain historical tracking spreadsheets for future contract negotiations.

  • Strong relationship-building and customer needs assessment skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in project management with strong time management abilities.

  • Proficiency with new technologies and adaptability to new processes.

  • Experience working with outsourced/shared service vendors.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
