How we customized an agile talent solution to meet unique customer needs within a limited budget
Opportunity
Our client urgently needed an expert Registration Specialist to support their event; a specialist that could jump in right away without onboarding. They were unable to find the caliber of expertise they needed with a limited budget.
Our solution
With a limited budget in mind, we saw the opportunity to solve this by providing them with a mentor/mentee freelancer duo from our talent network. We paired a freelancer newly starting their career in the industry with an experienced mentor well versed in the event management software expertise needed. The bulk hours were completed by the more entry level freelancer with a few hours dedicated to support from the mentor role. This dynamic allowed the mentee to learn the software and execute deliverables in real-time, while having a technical support lifeline as needed.
The result
The client maintained their budget while gaining the services needed to successfully execute the event.
