A recent hospitality graduate had little experience and was unsure how or in which role to get her career started.
Our solution
We supported the talent holistically by providing them with the skills training, resources, career coaching, community, and networking they needed to grow their expertise and align with their passions. We connected them with freelance work opportunities to try on different roles, explore new skills, and interact with various types of teams to identify where they most thrived before committing to a full-time role. Through exploring different freelance opportunities, the talent was able to pinpoint the specific type of role they wanted to pursue and the work environment they performed best in.
The result
The talent accelerated their career journey – quickly moving from an entry-level Registration Specialist in contracted positions to a full-time Registration Specialist with a company that was the right culture fit.
