The Attendee Experience Manager (AEM) plays a critical role in delivering exceptional attendee journeys across meetings, events, and incentive programs. From registration strategy and platform management to attendee communications and onsite support, the AEM ensures every touchpoint of the attendee experience is seamless, organized, and aligned with program goals.

This role blends technical expertise, customer service, and precision execution. The AEM manages registration platforms, tracks attendee data, supports reporting, and works closely with program teams to ensure a smooth experience from initial registration through onsite engagement.

What You’ll Do:

Registration & Technology 
• Build and quality-check registration websites and mobile apps 
• Manage all aspects of the registration process 
• Collaborate with Program Leads and clients on registration strategy 

Data Management 
• Serve as the central point for attendee data 
• Maintain rooming lists, cancellations, travel manifests, changes, and records 
• Deliver accurate reporting across platforms 

Customer Service 
• Provide timely, professional support to attendees 
• Troubleshoot registration and onsite issues 

Materials & Logistics 
• Produce and manage digital and printed program materials 
• Oversee badges, welcome items, communications, surveys, and gift sites 
• Coordinate printing and shipping with Operations Support 

Program Support 
• Support Program Leads with timelines, resumes, reimbursements, and cost-savings documentation

  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data sets
