What You’ll Do:

As a Program Manager, you will:

  • Own program timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

  • Oversee all program elements including hotel sourcing, room blocks, registration and event technology, creative and production, travel, staffing, onsite execution, and vendor partnerships.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to align expectations, solve challenges, and deliver seamless program experiences.

  • Assess client needs and feedback, recommend solutions, and adjust program strategy as needed.

  • Monitor and document cost savings and cost avoidance, ensuring final reconciliations are completed within client timelines.

  • Provide clear direction and communication to clients, internal teams, and vendor partners throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Deliver thorough post-program evaluations and trip reports capturing insights, outcomes, and recommendations for future programs.
