Client Success Manager - Contract

Contract position for an experienced and dynamic Client Success Manager to join a global travel technology firm that is expanding rapidly into the U.S. market. This is an exciting opportunity to help lay the foundation for a thriving client success operation in North America. Responsibilities:  

As the Client Success Manager you will work on:

Engage directly with meeting owners and planners to provide expert sourcing and consultation support for events and meetings

  • Lead training efforts and drive policy adoption among stakeholders

  • Guide sourcing, booking, and planning activities through the company’s CONNECT platform

  • Consult on venue options and negotiate competitive rates and terms

  • Participate in customer meetings to optimize change management and strategic alignment

  • Collaborate with internal supplier management to onboard and register new venues

  • Build and nurture client relationships rooted in trust and service excellence

  • Identify opportunities to expand services within client organizations

  • Contribute to foundational process design, tools, and best practices

  • Prepare to scale into a leadership role, managing a growing team as operations expand

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel/venue sourcing and customer consultation

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Demonstrated initiative and comfort with fast-paced, high-performance environments

  • Highly self-motivated and solutions-oriented

  • Experience in operational excellence or process design is a plus

  • Willingness to travel periodically, including potential annual travel to EMEA
