Our client is seeking an experienced Event Technology Specialist to lead the build and management of a virtual conference experience for approximately 200 attendees. This opportunity is ideal for someone with deep experience using Cvent's Attendee Hub and Zoom integration, and who is passionate about delivering high-quality, virtual event experiences.

Engagement Details 

Start Date: November 10, 2025 - March 23, 2026

Event Dates: March 3–5, 2026 (Live Virtual Support Required)

Estimated Total Hours: ~305 - Weekly breakdown available by project phase.

Remote position with flexible work hours, must be available during event dates.

Responsibilities:  

As the Event Technology Specialist, you will: 

  • Build and manage the Attendee Hub platform for a virtual 3-day conference with 30+ sessions, some simultaneous.

  • Configure and manage session content including Q&A, polling, speaker info, and downloadable documents.

  • Integrate Zoom with Cvent for live sessions and ensure all sessions are properly configured and tested.

  • Support attendee and speaker communications including registration website and email workflows.

  • Serve as live virtual support during the event, responding to attendee technical questions.

  • Assist in attendee management from registration launch through event execution and post-event reporting.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience managing virtual events using Cvent Attendee Hub.

  • Proficiency integrating Zoom into Cvent-managed sessions.

  • Strong attention to detail in building pages, sessions, and attendee experiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple sessions and updates simultaneously.

  • Customer support mindset with quick problem-solving under pressure.

  • Strong written communication skills for supporting registration and event emails.
