Working at Soundings

At Soundings, our mission is simple but bold: to make professional freedom accessible to all. We are reimagining how organizations connect with freelance, part-time, and full-time talent in the meetings and events industry — not just based on skills, but on character, strengths, purpose, and performance.

  • Proactively share in-demand skill sets, upcoming projects, and learning opportunities.

  • Support account managers by coordinating talent-client interviews and project logistics.

  • Partner with marketing and community teams to engage talent through authentic communication.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report key KPIs: time-to-match, freelancer retention, and satisfaction.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

  • Contribute operational insights to leadership to help shape Soundings’ talent strategy.

Who You Are (Core Values in Action):

  • Growth Mindset: You’re a life learner who grows from challenges and feedback.
