With the foundation of your personal StrengthsFinder Assessment and coaching session, you will begin the Career Accelerator with a focus on your personal and professional goals and the custom, strengths-based action plan you created with your coaching during the debriefing. aligned with your strengths.
Co-creation and Customization of Agenda: Each Accelerator begins with an Introductory session for participants to meet and get to know each other and to discuss the topics participants would like to have covered in the Accelerator sessions.
Six Bi-Weekly Group Sessions: Join like-minded professionals within your vertical every two weeks for dynamic discussions on career progression and pathing, challenges, and insights.
