You may offer the best product or service in the industry, but without a solid pricing strategy you are likely to fail. Small businesses must be more careful about setting their pricing than their larger counterparts, as large businesses have more options for long-term profitability. Yet, most small businesses tend to underprice their products and services due to erratic and haphazard pricing methods.

At the same time, meeting planners are begging for more transparent pricing. The concern is not about how much money you are making but how you are making your money.

During this session, we will discuss various pricing strategies relevant to the meetings and events industry to help small businesses improve their pricing strategies while giving meeting planners insight into supplier pricing.
