Tracy Judge is an entrepreneur, marketer and thought leader. She is the Founder and CEO of Soundings Connect, a highly selective and rapidly growing network of specialized freelance talent. Customers leverage the Soundings Connect network to work with the most relevant on-demand talent in the hospitality, events, association, and non-profit industries.
Mekeda Johnson-Brooks - MJ Design and Company
Brooks is the Chief Client Experience Architect of MJ Design and Company; a marketing and communications agency focused on strategy, design, development, and execution of large-scale events for corporate and nonprofit organizations. An avid organizer with a strong background in negotiation, project management, and instructional design, she regularly pioneers new client experiences. An alumna of DePaul University, Mekeda serves on the 2020 MPI Independent & Small Business Owners Advisory Board and is an active member of the Chicago Area Chapter.
Steve Kinsley - President - Kinsley Meetings
Steve Kinsley has over thirty years in the hospitality and meetings industry. His career has taken him to such diverse properties as the Broadmoor, the Westin St. Francis, Keystone Resort & Conference Center and The Hotel Teatro in Denver. In 1999 he joined his wife, Allison, in their meeting and convention planning firm, Kinsley Meetings.
Melissa Patruno - Freelance Event Producer
Melissa Patruno is an experienced Event Producer who has worked for high-profile clients, including Google, SoftBank Vision Fund, and Lexus. She has managed both intimate gatherings to large-scale programs with up to 30k+ attendees. She is passionate about the events industry and how this work unites people to elicit growth and commonality of purpose.
