Contract position for experienced vMix Operators to support virtual event productions. This role is ideal for technically proficient, self-contained operators who own their own gear and can work remotely with minimal supervision. These operators will collaborate closely with the Virtual Event Producer (VEP), client stakeholders, and logistics teams to deliver seamless event broadcasts.

Responsibilities:  

As a vMix Operator, you will:  

  • Operate independently with self-contained vMix rig and strong internet setup

  • Receive direction from VEP/logistics manager via remote communications (Teams, Zoom, etc.)

  • Pre-program vMix layout "looks" ahead of show based on technical specs from VEP/client

  • Manage multiple external inputs and execute dynamic live mixing during events

  • Support multi-room productions requiring simultaneous control rooms and operator coordination

  • Route output feeds to designated streaming destinations (external stream URLs/host keys)

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will:  

  • Create 3D sketches and renderings based on technical production specs and room layouts.  

  • Develop animated 'fly-through' visuals to bring creative concepts to life for client presentations.  

  • Collaborate with producers and creative leads to align visuals with client vision and production constraints.  

  • Interpret room specs, technical guidelines, and creative direction into fully realized renderings.  

  • Revise materials based on stakeholder feedback and ensure final outputs meet visual and functional expectations.  

  • Ensure deadlines are consistently met in fast-paced RFP and proposal environments. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in 3D rendering, animation, or stage/environment design.  

  • Proficient in 3D software such as Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar tools.  

  • Portfolio that includes renderings and animations for live events or environmental designs highly encouraged 

  • Ability to quickly interpret and visualize complex environments based on brief technical and creative input.  

  • Comfortable working under fast turnaround timelines with minimal supervision.  

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations
