Our client, a leading global provider of event and conference management services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Registration Solutions for a full-time permanent role. This remote position is open to candidates based in Canada and requires the ability to manage registration systems, provide outstanding customer service, and support onsite operations.
Engagement Details
Project Type: Full-Time Placement
Location: Remote - Must be based in Canada
Responsibilities:
Manage registration processes and logistics for conferences and events
Collaborate with project and tech teams to develop registration systems
Maintain registration databases and provide client/project reporting
Handle attendee communications and resolve registration inquiries
Manage payments, refunds, and reconciliation for registration fees
Oversee onsite registration desk operations, including staff training
Prepare registration materials such as name badges and tickets
Deliver high-quality customer service to all event delegates
Support general administrative duties and internal office tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
