Assess client needs and feedback, recommend solutions, and adjust program strategy as needed.
Monitor and document cost savings and cost avoidance, ensuring final reconciliations are completed within client timelines.
Provide clear direction and communication to clients, internal teams, and vendor partners throughout the program lifecycle.
Deliver thorough post-program evaluations and trip reports capturing insights, outcomes, and recommendations for future programs.
