-
A strategic thinker who can see the big picture and the 1,000 details at the same time
A relationship builder — vendors, speakers, coaches, and clients love working with you
A calm operator — you've handled the AV going down at a CEO conference and no one in the room noticed
A community-minded creator who genuinely believes that the right event at the right time can change a person's trajectory
Proactive, not reactive — you see around corners and prepare for what's coming
Someone who takes personal pride in excellence and feels the difference between a good event and a great one
-
Scale and visibility: You'll own events that reach the most ambitious CEOs in North America — and your work will be seen, felt, and remembered
Strategic seat at the table: This isn't a support role. You'll contribute to how the organization thinks about community, retention, and growth
A community worth building for: 2,000+ high-performing leaders who are genuinely invested in each other — your events are the connective tissue
A firm on the rise: the organization is growing, investing in technology and platform, and expanding its footprint — the events function will grow with it
Creative latitude: We want someone who will push us to think bigger about experiences, formats, and touchpoints — and then build them
Collaboration without bureaucracy: You'll work directly with senior leadership and have the support of a talented marketing and operations team
