The Executive Producer is responsible for overseeing production and entertainment elements, managing the creative vision, and delivering flawless execution for high-impact corporate events. This role leads cross-functional teams to produce large-scale conferences, incentive programs, product launches, and internal agency events.

Serving as the strategic production leader, the Executive Producer ensures operational excellence, strong client partnerships, and successful program delivery while balancing creative vision with budget and logistical execution.

What You’ll Do:

As the Executive Producer you will help lead: 

Event Strategy & Creative Leadership 

  • Collaborate with creative partner to support the vision, creative direction, and strategic planning for corporate events. 

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling event experiences. 

  • Support business development through participation in pre-sales activity, including RFP responses, proposal development, and strategic event concepts. 

Production Management 

  • Oversee the full production lifecycle including concept development, planning, design, execution, and post-event evaluation. 

  • Direct production teams including technical directors, designers, technical crews, and vendors. 

  • Ensure seamless integration of staging, lighting, audiovisual, digital platforms, and experiential elements. 

  • Source and manage guest speakers and entertainment elements. 

Client & Stakeholder Leadership 

  • Serve as a key day-to-day point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders. 

  • Present concepts, budgets, and production plans with confidence and strategic insight. 

  • Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for account growth. 

Budget & Financial Oversight 

  • Develop and manage large-scale event budgets ensuring profitability and cost control. 

  • Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and production partners. 

  • Monitor financial performance and reconcile post-event reporting. 

Team Leadership 

  • Lead and manage associate producers, and technical teams. 

  • Foster collaboration across creative, technical, and operations teams. 

  • Ensure best practices in event production, risk management, and quality control. 

Operational Excellence 

  • Establish production timelines, workflows, and event run-of-show documentation. 

  • Oversee logistics for production elements including venue management, crew travel, talent coordination, and technical production. 

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contingency planning. 

Please note this role will include travel up to 40% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate event production or live event management. 

  • Proven experience producing large-scale corporate events, conferences, or brand 

  • activations. 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 

  • Expertise in event production, staging, audiovisual, and technical event execution. 

  • Exceptional client management and presentation skills. 

  • Strong budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management experience. 

  • Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously in fast-paced 

  • environments. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with global events and large corporate clients. 

  • Background in experiential marketing agencies or large event production firms. 

  • Familiarity with hybrid and virtual event platforms.
