Designing a Virtual Engagement Strategy

Reskill & Revive Webinar

Presented by: John Reaves, VP of Innovation, cWave Labs

For many organizations, designing and executing a one-off virtual event is just the beginning. How do you enhance the ability of your community to communicate in a virtual world? How do you transform any type of physical event into a virtual event, from working sessions to training sessions, from leadership conferences to public webinars? How do you support a client's teams across the enterprise? We'll discuss the strategic challenges and opportunities of going virtual.

During this session we discussed:

  • How to coach participants, presenters and event teams into taking full advantage of virtual events

  • How to design a virtual event to match the client's audience, objectives, desired outcomes and virtual readiness

  • How to shape a strategy for long-term support and enhancement of an organization's virtual engagements.
