Jason Lum is currently a Customer Success Manager at Soundings. In his role, he connects talent with opportunities that best align with their experiences and interests. He also supports customer relationships and contributes to Soundings Thrive community efforts. 

With 5 years of experience in hotel and restaurant operations, marketing, training & recruitment, and customer success, Jason brings a non-traditional perspective to the hospitality industry. As a graduate of San Diego State University’s Hospitality program, he is dedicated to building lasting relationships and delivering top-notch service.  

After graduation, Jason found freelance work through Soundings, landing opportunities in technical training and recruitment for a leading event technology company. Now, he leverages his diverse background to support the Soundings team in operational efforts and community initiatives, inspired by their mission to provide professional freedom to others.
