Contract Marketing Project Manager
Contract - Maternity Leave Coverage | Remote
Availability: March 16 - August 1
This contractor will own the end-to-end project management of the Directory publication, serving as the central coordinator between Editorial, Design, Partner Relations, and the Printer. This is a deadline-driven, primarily internal-facing role focused on keeping production on track, managing assets, and overseeing proofing and approvals for a Luxury Travel Agency Client.
After the Directory goes to press, responsibilities shift to lighter oversight and smaller marketing projects.

What You’ll Do:
As the Marketing Project Manager you will:
Directory Project Management (Primary Focus)
Own and manage the master production timeline
Coordinate across Editorial, Design, Partner Relations, and Printer
Ensure all ad materials (copy, logos, images) are received and complete
Track deadlines and proactively follow up
Manage internal proofing workflow and approvals
Ad Review & Copy Editing
Review and copy edit all partner-submitted ads
Clean up rough or translated content
Ensure brand voice and style consistency (brand guide provided)
Check grammar, terminology, capitalization, and clarity
Review designed ads for layout accuracy and asset integrity
Approve internally before client review
Post-Press Support (After June 1)
Light project oversight
Manage small direct mail/postcard projects as needed
Support member emails and communications related to publication timing
