Contract Marketing Project Manager

Contract - Maternity Leave Coverage | Remote
Availability: March 16 - August 1

This contractor will own the end-to-end project management of the Directory publication, serving as the central coordinator between Editorial, Design, Partner Relations, and the Printer. This is a deadline-driven, primarily internal-facing role focused on keeping production on track, managing assets, and overseeing proofing and approvals for a Luxury Travel Agency Client.

After the Directory goes to press, responsibilities shift to lighter oversight and smaller marketing projects.

What You’ll Do:

As the Marketing Project Manager you will:

Directory Project Management (Primary Focus) 

  • Own and manage the master production timeline 

  • Coordinate across Editorial, Design, Partner Relations, and Printer 

  • Ensure all ad materials (copy, logos, images) are received and complete 

  • Track deadlines and proactively follow up 

  • Manage internal proofing workflow and approvals 

Ad Review & Copy Editing 

  • Review and copy edit all partner-submitted ads 

  • Clean up rough or translated content 

  • Ensure brand voice and style consistency (brand guide provided) 

  • Check grammar, terminology, capitalization, and clarity 

  • Review designed ads for layout accuracy and asset integrity 

  • Approve internally before client review 

Post-Press Support (After June 1) 

  • Light project oversight 

  • Manage small direct mail/postcard projects as needed 

  • Support member emails and communications related to publication timing

March 16 – Early April (Ramp-Up | 3 weeks)
