What a Virtual Event Producer Does:

Virtual Event Producers coordinate and configure the key elements of virtual events including the layout, features, and design of the virtual engagement. In addition to content organization, preparation and final upload of materials to the virtual environment, Virtual Event Producers provide clients with technical support and customer service throughout each phase of event production.

In order to establish a strong working relationship with customers, Virtual Event Producers are involved in pre-event meetings and conference calls and are expected to contribute to the overall event design. Finally, Virtual Event Producers lead supporting team members and closely monitor for customer satisfaction.
