Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to manage sales and client relations within an assigned territory or key accounts. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client engagement process, ensuring seamless communication, execution, and delivery of services. The role also includes team leadership responsibilities and achieving revenue goals through strategic sales efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities:  

As the Account Executive, you will: 

  • Drive sales within assigned territory or accounts 

  • Lead a team consisting of an Account Manager and Account Coordinator 

  • Manage the full account lifecycle from proposal through final billing 

  • Build strong relationships with clients and vendors 

  • Conduct site visits and pre/post event meetings 

  • Oversee proposal development, revisions, and service contracting 

  • Manage deposits and accounts receivables 

  • Ensure client satisfaction and program execution 

  • Promote company values and maintain professional presence 

What Makes You Great at This

3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry with DMC expertise

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor team members 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities

Experience coordinating logistics and managing full program lifecycles

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously 

Positive and solution-oriented attitude under pressure

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required)
