We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a globally recognized brand experience agency, seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their Events team. This role is pivotal in managing client-facing events and conferences across a range of industries, with an emphasis on delivering flawless virtual, in-person, and hybrid experiences.

What You’ll Do:
Plan and manage multiple concurrent events across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
Oversee all operational aspects including site selection, contract negotiation, vendor management, registration, AV, F&B, hotel and travel logistics, webcasts, and staging.
Build and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
Partner with internal teams including marketing, legal, production, and compliance to ensure all deliverables are aligned and timely.
Lead onsite execution and manage stakeholder communication throughout the event lifecycle.
Conduct post-event reconciliations and identify year-over-year improvement opportunities.
Stay current with industry trends, vendors, platforms, and best practices.
Domestic and international travel required as needed.
