We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a globally recognized brand experience agency, seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their Events team. This role is pivotal in managing client-facing events and conferences across a range of industries, with an emphasis on delivering flawless virtual, in-person, and hybrid experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and manage multiple concurrent events across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats. 

  • Oversee all operational aspects including site selection, contract negotiation, vendor management, registration, AV, F&B, hotel and travel logistics, webcasts, and staging. 

  • Build and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports. 

  • Partner with internal teams including marketing, legal, production, and compliance to ensure all deliverables are aligned and timely. 

  • Lead onsite execution and manage stakeholder communication throughout the event lifecycle. 

  • Conduct post-event reconciliations and identify year-over-year improvement opportunities. 

  • Stay current with industry trends, vendors, platforms, and best practices. 

  • Domestic and international travel required as needed.
