What a Group Air Specialist does:

Group Air Specialists work closely with event planners and sponsors to provide air travel services. As experts in booking domestic and international group air reservations, they support group travel itineraries by adhering to contractual obligations with airlines on a program to program basis.

While providing superior customer service, Group Air Specialists maintain and communicate pertinent travel information to all parties. They will monitor block space deadlines, ticketing codes and any other travel related requirements. In addition, they process air travel requests and update client registration systems accordingly throughout the booking process. Finally, they will adhere to ticketing and budget approvals, exchanges processes and provide accounting data.
