Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
As a the Logistics Manager, you will:
Provide show-day logistics and technical support for virtual/hybrid events.
Coordinate pre-event schedules, timelines, and deliverables for vMix operators and remote production team.
Support the Virtual Event Producers with communicating stream layout requirements, show flows, and remote presenter details.
Aid in drafting and managing input lists and schedules for technical operators.
Collaborate with remote production to execute the show according to plan, including troubleshooting and contingency planning.
Participate in pre-production meetings to tie down event timelines, layouts, and deliverables as needed.
Ensure all tech and logistics align with client expectations and program requirements.
Serve as the logistics liaison between the remote team and client-facing Virtual Event Producers.
