What a Freelance Meeting & Event Planner Does:

Freelance Meeting & Event Planners coordinate the logistics of meetings, events and conferences. Similar to a project management role, a freelance Meeting Planner will act as a liaison between all internal and external stakeholders throughout the event planning process. Freelance event planners love to create on-brand events that deliver significant ROI for their clients.

Whether it’s venues and services, financial and contract management, registration logistics or food and beverage needs, these industry decision-makers are usually ten steps ahead of everyone else, triple checking everything, as they bring your event vision to life. Meeting Planners are detail-oriented, they think on their feet and they never lose sight of their clients’ true goals. Added bonus: they know how to create the intangible emotional connection attendees will remember for a lifetime.
